Summerfun with Glitz

Today it is my turn to share some layouts on the Glitz Design blog.

Summer has been fantastic. I have spent A LOT of time with my family. We went away on a vacation in Sweden as we feel that it is important for the children to see how beautiful our own country is. I took 1051 photos in 8 days. LOL

Anyway, this is a layout with pictures from a small town called Söderköping. It is such a cute little town with a lot of old buildings. I thought Laced with Grace was such a suitable paper collection for those photos.

Together with some flowers and bling I made the layout as cute as the town.

I also used a beautiful Peek-A-Boo.

Material list:
Glitz Design "Laced with Grace" Papers: Polka, Butterflies, Stripe
Glitz Design "Laced with Grace" Peek-A-Boo
Glitz Design "Laced with Grace" Paper Layers
Other: Flowers (Prima, Petaloo), leaves (Prima), bling swirls (Prima), chipboard piece (Dusty Attic), alpha stickers (Prima), Border punches (Martha Stewart)

Summer vacation really makes me relax. It is all about Carpe Diem. This is a layout for me - a reminder to seize the day and make the most of it. The Afternoon Muse collection has such vibrant colours and I wanted this layout to be colourful.

Material list:
Glitz Design "Afternoon Muse" Papers: Block, Polka
Glitz Design "Afternoon Muse" Peek-A-Boo
Glitz Design "Afternoon Muse" Whatnot
Glitz Design "Afternoon Muse" Teeny Alpha (cream)
Other: flowers (Prima), leaves (Prima), border punch (Martha Stewart), rhinestones (Kaisercraft), paper clip (Tim Holtz)

Happy crafting!
Camilla

Your both layouts are absolutely gorgeous and really reflect the summer feeling to the photos! I love the vintage feel to the first page and the gorgeous dimension you gave it. And the second one is so bright and fun, and I love the message behind that layou too! I also thought it is pretty funny to see how similar Swedish and Dutch are. Our word for 'tidlos' is 'tijdloos' and also during our stay in Stockholm I could translate many Swedish words, cause they were written almost the same as the Dutch translation for them;)
