Hi everybody and welcome to my blog. My name is Camilla Ekman and I am one of the members of the design team at Blue Fern Studios. I live in Sweden together with my husband and two children. I have been scrapping for a few years and developed a kind of romantic style where I use a lot of flowers and swirls and stuff. I love to photograph and scrapbooking is a perfect way of using those photos. I like the creativity and scrapbooking is a way for me to relax from work. I work fulltime as a montessori teacher. My family and I love to spend time with friends and love to travel. When I am home not scrapping, I read books and listen to a lot to music.

What would a blog hop be without some creative projects? Here is a layout I made using the Blue Fern Studios Fancy Birdcage. I have painted it in gesso and added some green Shimmerz and some tattered rose distress stickles and then covered it all in Glossy Accent.
Next stop on the hop is the sweet and talented Eila Sandberg!

OMG I didn't know you were a full time teacher Camilla! Wow I am in awe of the amount of scrapping you achieve with a full time teaching load - I too am a teacher 4 days a week and that keeps me constantly on my toes! Beautiful soft layout as always - love how you've treated the birdcage.
